Changes in HT username / Email changing policy

Because it is a serious security problem, till now, changing email address or HT username was inactivating your accounts untill a manuall confirmation from an email.

Since many users complained that they don`t receive the confirmation mails I decided to change this system in something easier and I hope better solution. From now on, you will not receive emails when you change one of the datas above, but you can change those informations only once per 30 minutes.

So there will be no more email problems, etc.
