New ticketing/contacting system

You are allways welcome to contact me with questions and opininions, but it seems that I cannot say for enough that how important is to complete your email address if you send a contact message to me. If you don`t complete your email address I cannot reply to you. It`s soo simple...

However, from now on, a new feature was added to the contact message form: when you send a contact message, in the success screen you receive after you send your message there is a link where you can see online what is the status of your message. Save that link and that way you can see anytime if I answered you question or not. And of course, you can see my answer too.
