Outfielder tool db updated

I updated the database which is used by the Outfielder and Keeper Tools. I also redesigned the database structure, so I hope it will be a lot more faster than it was before. Currently there are more than 300.000 records in it, from the last 8 months, instead of 120.000. I hope it will make the evaluation more fluent, and will not block the server too soon, as it`s used to do on Fridays in the past weeks.
